About: Maxime’s, located on Madison Avenue, New York, is the newest venture from club owner and entrepreneur Robin Birley, known for prestigious private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street and Oswald’s in London. Opening in March 2025, Maxime’s aims to continue the Birley tradition of providing exceptional experiences with a focus on service excellence and enlightened hospitality in a comfortable and discreet club environment, offering outstanding food, extraordinary wine, and personalized member care.

Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years experience working in fine dining and/or Michelin training; NYC Food Protection Certification; Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules; Professional leadership approach in a busy atmosphere; Strong work ethic and customer-focused attitude; Culinary trained and passionate Sous Chef with a stable work history; Commitment to maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe work environment; Ability to multitask with attention to detail; Independent worker with minimal supervision
