Position: Sous Chef job

About: Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to manage the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring profitability and quality standards are met. The Sous Chef will provide direction to kitchen staff, assist with food production, and maintain a high level of service and guest satisfaction in accordance with Wolfgang Puck Group policies and standards.

Requirements: Technical Culinary Diploma or two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience; minimum 2 years cooking experience in a high-volume/highest quality operation; social banquet experience a plus; one year prior inventory/cost control experience; well-rounded food background with extensive knowledge of all kitchen equipment; effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math calculations; strong leadership and staff relations skills; proficiency in butchery, pastry, and garde manger
