Position: Sous Chef job
About: Great Wolf Resorts is currently seeking a Resort Sous Chef to work in a fast-paced and exciting environment, ensuring high-quality hospitality standards are met. The Sous Chef will manage kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef, oversee food preparation, and maintain inventory levels. This role also involves assisting in employee scheduling and training, contributing to menu creation, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Requirements: High School degree or equivalent; 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchen(s); flexible scheduling availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
