Position: Sous Chef job
About: Source Urban Brewery, located in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team at 1101 Frankford Avenue. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements: 5+ years of Back of House management experience in high-volume, fast-paced fine-dining restaurants; ability to develop and maintain recipes, portion specifications, and standard preparation procedures; excellent culinary knowledge and leadership qualities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, POS systems, and kitchen equipment operation; strong commitment to excellence, hospitality passion, and willingness to work flexible schedules including holidays, late nights, and weekends; familiarity with health, OSHA, and Department of Labor regulations; ability to lift 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
