Position: Sous Chef job
About: A renowned restaurant in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume, scratch kitchens and a proven ability to lead kitchen operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years of culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role; experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen preferred; strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently; passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail
