About: Avion Hospitality is seeking a Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full-service restaurant or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree; Strong leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure; Proficiency in Windows Operating Systems; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to maintain composure and objectivity in stressful situations
