Position: Sous Chef job
About: Menu Maker Catering & Events is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. This full-time, salaried position involves supporting the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring seamless catering experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; extensive experience as a Sous Chef in a catering or restaurant environment; strong culinary skills and knowledge of different cuisines; ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain a professional demeanor; ServSafe® – Manager Certificate preferred; familiarity with catering industry software and standard computer applications; understanding of health and food safety regulations; ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs.
