About: Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily culinary operations and ensure exceptional guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining budgetary goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment within the Marriott International portfolio.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise kitchen operations effectively, maintain culinary standards, and ensure compliance with sanitation and food handling regulations.
