Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is currently seeking Sous Chefs to partner with the Executive Chef in providing direction and training to team members, coaching, counseling, and offering feedback on job performance. The Sous Chefs will be responsible for butchering and portion control in a dynamic culinary environment at Firebirds Wood Fired Grill.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards; effective communication and leadership skills; ability to work collaboratively with a team
