Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds, a high-volume full-service restaurant and FIREBAR®, is seeking dedicated Sous Chefs to partner with the Executive Chef in providing direction and training to team members. The Sous Chefs oversee back-of-house operations, manage food production, and handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, staffing, and ordering. They are responsible for maintaining a positive kitchen environment focused on quality food and organization.
Requirements: 2 years high-volume full-service restaurant experience in a management position; warm, passionate, and committed to the industry; excellent communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure; self-motivated and disciplined; butchering experience preferred; scratch kitchen experience preferred
