As a Sous Chef at Yard House, you will lead the charge in ensuring high-quality, delicious food for guests and creating a supportive work environment for team members.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to excellent execution; stable job history demonstrating career progression
