Position: Sous Chef job
About: Gecko Hospitality is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team. The chosen candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef to train and guide kitchen staff, ensure menu accuracy, and uphold high standards of ingredient quality in the restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to maintain kitchen standards and mentor staff effectively
