About: The Capital Grille, located at 3821 Edwards Road, Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food, ensuring food safety and profitability. The position aims to enhance the guest experience and maintain quality in all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.
Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating career progression
