About: Four Seasons Las Vegas, a tranquil Five Diamond oasis on the iconic Las Vegas Strip adjacent to Mandalay Resort & Casino, is seeking a Sous Chef to join the kitchen department under the guidance of the Executive Chef. The hotel offers a serene resort-like environment with a Forbes Five-Star Spa and access to the vibrant energy and nightlife of Las Vegas. The role involves supervising the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and in-room dining kitchens with a focus on food cost management, production control, and culinary training for kitchen staff.

Requirements: Experience creating an innovative bar menu/tapas style food suitable for a high-end luxury establishment; shifts availability both in the morning and evening.
