Position: Sous Chef job
About: Resort Lifestyle Communities is a family-owned company established over twenty years ago, specializing in providing all-inclusive, independent, resort-style 55-and-over senior living retirement communities nationwide. Their Home Office is based in Lincoln, Nebraska, and they are rapidly growing and expanding.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; culinary degree or other higher education preferred; previous leadership experience in culinary preparation and cooking preferred; basic computer skills required; data entry experience preferred; ability to secure appropriate food handler permits as required by local ordinances within two weeks of employment; must be 18 years of age or older
