Requirements: At least 3 years of experience working as a Line Cook in an establishment where all food was made from scratch; Passionate about real food prepared from scratch; Quick thinker with problem-solving skills in fast-paced situations; Leads by example and is willing to roll up sleeves and get involved; Coachable, responsive to feedback, with a desire to improve and grow; Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude; Able to provide clear, direct and respectful feedback, ensuring execution; Organized and detail-oriented, able to plan ahead in a fast-paced environment; Understands the fast pace of service in a fast-casual restaurant and how to deliver excellent quality food in that environment; Must have an NYC DOH food handler’s certificate; Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and bend and reach overhead often; Able to maintain close to constant communication with multiple individuals; Able to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner; Must possess dexterity to handle tools and equipment ranging from small to large; Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
