About: Yard House is looking for a Sous Chef to lead the charge in delivering high-quality, great-tasting food to guests in a vibrant environment filled with classic rock and craft beer. The Sous Chef oversees day-to-day operations, creating a welcoming workplace for team members to thrive and excel in.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven leadership and team development skills; knowledge of systems and processes for excellent execution; stable job history showing career progression and salary growth
