About: Union Square Events, a culinary and operations leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. They specialize in producing catered events and dining experiences in various venues throughout New York City and beyond.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; Some progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; Catering experience a plus; High-volume, complex foodservice operations experience; Institutional and batch cooking experiences helpful; Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; Experience with computers and Microsoft Office; ServSafe certified highly desirable
