Position: Sous Chef job

About: This job is at an entertainment facility in Delaware, focusing on providing a fun-filled and exciting environment with excellent service delivery and execution. The role involves menu development, preparation and presentation of menu items, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and staff training.

Requirements: Four (4) years of Culinary experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment facility; Two (2) years supervisory experience; Must be able to successfully complete a background check; Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; Experience with P.O.S. Systems and PC-related systems; Must be able to walk and stand for at least a full eight (8)-hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs; Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management is mandatory.
