Position: Sous Chef job
About: Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is currently seeking Sous Chefs to partner with the Executive Chef in providing direction and training to team members, coaching, counseling, and offering feedback on job performance. The Sous Chefs will be responsible for butchering, portion control, and supporting the overall culinary operations at the establishment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role preferred; strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations; effective leadership and communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
