The Sous Chef plays a key role in enhancing the team member and guest experience and maintaining excellence in menu execution and overall quality management within the restaurant setting.

Requirements: Proven success as a Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service; proven ability to develop a team; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes contributing to great execution; stable job history showing upward career progression
