About: The Ritz-Carlton Georgetown Washington D.C. is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join their culinary team as a Kitchen Operations Manager. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall success of the daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and driving exceptional customer service in a luxury hospitality setting. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area; OR 2-year degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 2 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional area. Must exhibit exceptional leadership skills, demonstrate proficiency in kitchen management, and possess strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
