Position: Sous Chef job
About: An entertainment and hospitality facility is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to join their team. The establishment focuses on creating a fun-filled and exciting environment while delivering excellent service to guests. Responsibilities include menu development, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and ensuring quality and freshness of products.
Requirements: Four (4) years of Culinary experience preferably in hospitality or entertainment facility; two (2) years supervisory experience; successful background check completion; knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to work independently; experience with P.O.S. Systems and PC-related systems; ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 50 lbs throughout shift; must be able to handle various guest-related situations and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers, and management.
