About: Parx Casino is seeking a Kitchen Manager to supervise and participate in kitchen operations effectively, ensuring top-quality food products are delivered while maintaining service and operating standards. The role involves developing new menus, monitoring kitchen activities for efficiency, observing hygiene rules, and conducting staff training. Compliance with regulations and performance evaluation are essential aspects of the role at Parx Casino.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at least seven (7) years of experience in a management role in the culinary field; high degree of creativity; excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays; knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to culinary operations
