Position: Sous Chef job
About: Factor, a brand of HelloFresh SE, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations. This role will ensure that all food prepared meets the highest quality standards and follows all SOP’s and company practices in a kitchen environment within the HelloFresh organization.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in a restaurant or kitchen setting; strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards; excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
