Position: Sous Chef job
About: The Duquesne Club is a prestigious private city club known for providing superior service and exceptional personal attention to its members and guests. Currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their talented culinary team and deliver extraordinary experiences.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; supervisory skills and experience; good organizational skills; physical ability to stand/walk for the entire shift, lift 50 pounds, and perform various physical tasks; knowledge of daily statistics interpretation and Club’s policies and procedures; active listening skills and ability to respond effectively; graduate of accredited culinary arts program preferred; ability to demonstrate mastery in all areas of the kitchen; practical ability to translate Chef’s concepts into practical presentations.
