Position: Sous Chef job
About: To assist the chef de cuisine in the production of high quality dishes, menu creation, and the training, scheduling, and management of kitchen staff.
Requirements: Experience in a similar role in a high-volume kitchen; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work well under pressure; Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred; Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
