Requirements: High school diploma; minimum of three to five years’ experience in high-volume food preparation with at least one year in a lead or coordinator role; ability to read English; keyboard skills and proficiency in electronic systems; knowledge of food service standards, supervision principles, and effective communication; demonstrated skills in time management, organization, workflow management, decision-making, and guest service; familiarity with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point food safety program; ability to remain calm and productive under pressure and prioritize workload; commitment to Legacy’s Values in Action
