Position: Sous Chef job
About: We seek a talented and experienced Sous Chef to work closely with the culinary team at a family-run steakhouse/restaurant group that is growing in the SF Bay Area. Excellent opportunity to join a firm that values staff and promotes from within. Work together with the Executive Chef in the South Bay location.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary degree or related certification preferred; Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen; Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent communication and leadership skills
