About: The Bradley Hotel, home to the restaurant outlets Birdies and Arbor, is in search of an experienced Sous Chef to join their culinary team. The Sous Chef plays a crucial role in maintaining excellent food quality, consistency, and reasonable prices in a pleasing dining environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as Sous Chef, Kitchen Staff, Executive Chef, or Chef preferred; strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices
