Requirements: Minimum of two years of experience as a Sous Chef; Minimum of three years of culinary experience, preferably in catering or banquet settings; Strong leadership and team management skills; Excellent organizational and time management abilities; Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and adapt to changing event needs; Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
