Position: Sous Chef job
About: Village at Belmar, Lakewood’s premier senior living community with on-site from-scratch kitchens, is seeking a Sous Chef to prepare made-to-order meals for residents and guests. The role involves leading the kitchen team in the absence of the executive chef, contributing to a dynamic culinary team, and elevating the culinary program. Full-time position with weekend availability.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior kitchen experience; knowledge of special diets; successful completion of a criminal background check as the role involves working with a vulnerable population
