Position: SOUS CHEF job

About: Club At Seabrook Island, Inc. is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside other Sous Chefs as second in command in the kitchen. The Sous Chef is generally in charge of food production and ensures that all food production workers are performing their duties as prescribed by the quality standards established by the Executive Sous Chef, Executive Chef, Chef, Restaurant, and Kitchen.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food production processes; ability to supervise and lead kitchen staff effectively
