About: Parx Casino is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Culinary Manager to supervise and participate in kitchen operations effectively, ensuring top-quality food products are delivered to customers while upholding service and operating standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or G.E.D. required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; at least seven (7) years of experience in a management role in the culinary field; must have a high degree of creativity; excellent organizational and planning skills; strong communication skills; ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as required; knowledgeable of federal, state, and local culinary regulations
