Position: Sous Chef job
About: The restaurant at 300 Oxford Rd in Oxford at the Quarry Walk is seeking an experienced and creative Chef to lead its culinary team. The establishment features two dueling pizza ovens, two floors, two bars, amazing outdoor seating, and offers a concept that combines New Haven and Neapolitan dough styles for a wide range of pizzas along with entrees, appetizers, and salads.
Requirements: Proven work experience as a Sous or Lead Line Cook; Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment; Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques; Leadership skills; Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks; Excellent time management abilities; Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes; Familiarity with sanitation regulations; Culinary school diploma preferred
