Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in the Hospitality industry; Maintain proper food certifications specific to State Laws; Advanced knife skills; Ability to work independently and with all levels of leadership in a fast-paced environment; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Team player with an enthusiastic outlook and creative mind; Strong decision-making abilities
