About: Landry’s, LLC is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager to join their upscale and fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will assist the Executive Chef in managing back-of-house staff, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in a dynamic culinary environment.
Requirements: At least 2 years of Culinary Management experience in an upscale/fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, and food/labor cost management; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable work history and strong work ethic
