About: Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading a team of culinary professionals delivering high-quality, great-tasting dishes in a restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting preferred; strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards; excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.
