Position: Sous Chef job
About: Sixty Vines is a winemaker’s restaurant offering wine country-inspired cuisine paired with 60 wines on a sustainable tap system. They provide a culinary experience that transports guests to the greatest wine regions globally.
Requirements: 2+ years of kitchen experience in a similar role; a degree in Culinary Arts is a plus; experience in supervising hourly team members; working within budget parameters; knowledge of scheduling and restaurant software programs; strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
