Position: Sous Chef job
About: Walters Wedding Estates is seeking an accomplished Sous Chef to join their premier wedding and events team. This key leadership role supports the Executive Chef and assumes full kitchen leadership in their absence, maintaining exacting standards while adapting to dynamic event environments.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, culinary degree preferred; minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated culinary excellence; current ServSafe Food Handler certification; capability to lift 30 lbs regularly, maintain active movement for 8-12 hour shifts; valid driver’s license with pristine driving record, proficiency in food transport safety; successful completion of background check and drug screening
Benefits: competitive compensation: $20 – $23 hourly, commensurate with experience
