Position: Sous Chef job
About: Perry’s, a renowned fine dining restaurant, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sous Chef to uphold the restaurant’s high standards and deliver exceptional dining experiences to guests. The Sous Chef will oversee kitchen operations, maintain cleanliness, ensure product consistency, and foster a professional work environment in accordance with Perry’s expectations.
Requirements: At least 3 years’ restaurant chef experience required; fine dining setting preferred; advanced knowledge of food profession principles and practices; understanding of recipe preparation, cooking, and knife handling; knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures; ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude; basic mathematical skills required
