About: Mather, the parent organization of Splendido, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead the Culinary team in providing diverse Mediterranean cuisine and from-scratch dining experiences to residents in Oro Valley, Arizona. Splendido is a Life Plan Community for individuals aged 55 and above, offering resort amenities and various healthy lifestyle options.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience preparing varied foods in a supervisory capacity; ability to make independent decisions and maintain positive relationships; current sanitation certification; strong communication skills; punctual attendance
