Position: Sous Chef job
About: Casino Del Sol is seeking a Sous Chef to join their Food and Beverage department. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating food using established recipes, ensuring efficient operation of assigned food outlets.
Requirements: High school or General Equivalency Diploma required; successful completion of a Sous Chef audition; possession or obtainment of a valid Food Handler’s card and ServSafe certification within three (3) months of employment; demonstrated reliability, responsiveness, and creativity; track record of providing excellent guest service; willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events; eligibility to work in the U.S.; ability to obtain, maintain, and retain a valid gaming license
