Position: Sous Chef job
About: NexDine Hospitality is seeking a Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef reports to the Executive Chef/Chef Manager and is responsible for developing and executing culinary results to exceed customer expectations. This role involves overseeing and supervising culinary and front of house staff in all service and production aspects of the restaurant operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree preferred; experience in a restaurant setting; strong leadership and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
