About: Intermountain Health St Vincent Regional Hospital in Billings, Montana is seeking a Culinary Supervisor to oversee culinary staff and provide expertise in food preparation service, ensuring adherence to production techniques, portion control, and plating standards according to menu and department requirements.
Requirements: Food Handler Permit (as required by State/County) or ServSafe certification required by first day of work; ability to read and communicate effectively in English; ability to work independently and part of a team; utilize safe food handling techniques; prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service (preferred); prepare food according to modified diets and utilize commercial cooking equipment (preferred); five years supervisory experience, culinary degree, or certificate (Preferred); experience in inventory control, purchasing, costing, and forecasting (Preferred)
