About: Highgate at Billings, a senior care community in the western US, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their team. They focus on providing a positive and holistic approach to senior care, emphasizing independence and well-being for both residents and team members.
Requirements: At least 21 years of age; a combination of education and experience supporting Sous Chef status; current negative TB test; knowledgeable in various regulatory standards for the kitchen; willingness to learn to work in a healthcare/assisted living environment; ServeSafe certified or able to obtain within 60 days of hire; ability to pass a criminal record/background check; good time management skills; must be able to work well independently with little oversight
