Requirements: High school diploma; a minimum of three to five years of experience in high volume food preparation with at least one year in a lead or coordinator role; ability to read English, keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems, knowledge of food service standards and practices, principles of supervision, effective communication skills, demonstrated skills in time management and organizing workload, decision-making abilities, outstanding guest service skills, knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point food safety program, ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize workload
