About: Potawatomi Marketplace Sous Chef position available at a fast-paced, high-energy establishment dedicated to producing superior food products and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Sous Chef will assist the Potawatomi Marketplace Chef in leading the quick service back of house team by enforcing food quality standards and maintaining a high level of integrity and ethical standards in a dynamic environment.

Requirements: Advanced cooking skills; high school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting; ServSafe certification; office skills including Microsoft Office; ability to handle confidential information; professional communication skills; flexibility to work irregular hours and holidays; physical ability to perform kitchen duties; lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally; wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); vision and sensory abilities required for kitchen work
