Position: Sous Chef job
About: Terraces of Boise, an upscale senior living community in Boise known for providing exceptional hospitality and top-quality food for residents, is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef, managing the kitchen staff and ensuring the preparation of nutritious and creatively appealing meals.
Requirements: Associates degree in culinary arts or equivalent; 3-5 years of kitchen supervisory experience in a hotel or restaurant setting; equivalent combination of training and experience; advanced culinary skills in cooking from scratch with fresh ingredients
