Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, banquet, or event-driven kitchen; strong leadership and organizational skills; expertise in upscale event catering and large-format meal preparation; passion for high-quality, seasonal, and innovative cuisine; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
